You are buying a new HO 1:87 Promotex 25238 Freightliner COE TANDEM Axle Tractor - BLACK.  This is an HO 1:87 scale model that measures approx. 3-1/2" L x 1-1/8" W x 1-3/4" T.  These models require that you install the mirrors, stacks, etc. and all come with those details in chrome.  In addition, some are repacked as the original packaging as damaged.  ALL THESE ARE NEW UNITS regardless of packaging.
