You are buying a new HO 1:87 River Point 538-5221.P9 Ford F-350 Super Duty Pickup - POLICE HIGHWAY SERVICE. These are new in original packaging.  NOTE: some of the glue holding the units on the paper backing has degraded and I used scotch tape to re-attach.
